First steps in daily rent, decent price tag and an object in the center of Sochi
It so happened that at that time we were renovating our own apartment. In the process, I realized that I like doing interiors and decor. – By the way, you are talking about inspiration now. As I understand, you liked to furnish the apartment, to arrange the space. Did you undergo training?

– Rather, the second. I know how much I invest in my properties. I always try to choose the best. That’s why I rarely set low prices. Of course, the cost depends on the season. But since I am confident in my apartments, quality and comfort, I am not afraid to set a higher price. As a rule, it works, people book and often return. In my case, the price matches the quality.
– What did you pay more attention to when you posted your first ad? What do you think is more important: a photo, a detailed description or reviews?
I initially had the opinion that the object should be photographed professionally. I don’t know where it came from, because in 2016–2017, most people had amateur photos.
